Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 28, 2026
Wave Consulting ("we," "us," or "our") operates waveconsulting.biz and provides landing page design, development, and conversion rate optimization services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have regarding your data. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Information We Collect
We collect information in two ways: information you provide directly to us, and information collected automatically when you visit our website.
Information you provide: When you book a strategy call, fill out a contact form, or communicate with us via email, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, website URL, and any other details you choose to share. We do not collect payment or billing information directly — all financial transactions are processed through secure third-party payment processors.
Automatically collected information: When you visit waveconsulting.biz, we may automatically receive data such as your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and time spent on site. This information is collected in aggregate and is not used to identify you individually unless you have also provided us with personal details.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect solely to operate our business and serve our clients effectively. Specifically, we use your information to:
- Schedule, confirm, and conduct strategy calls and client meetings
- Deliver landing page design, development, and CRO services
- Send project updates, deliverables, and weekly performance reports
- Respond to inquiries and provide customer support
- Send service-related communications (not promotional emails without consent)
- Analyze website traffic to improve our site and content
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell, rent, share, or trade your personal information with any third parties for their marketing purposes. We will never contact you with unsolicited promotional content without your prior consent.
Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), we process your personal data under the following legal bases: (a) your consent, where you have provided it; (b) performance of a contract, where processing is necessary to deliver services you have engaged us for; (c) legitimate interests, where we have a legitimate business interest that does not override your fundamental rights; and (d) legal obligation, where processing is required by applicable law.
GoHighLevel & Third-Party Tools
We build all client landing pages within the GoHighLevel (GHL) platform. If you become a client, your project assets and related data may reside within GoHighLevel's infrastructure. GoHighLevel is a U.S.-based SaaS platform with its own data practices. Please review GoHighLevel's Privacy Policy for details.
We use Calendly to manage call scheduling. When you book a call through Calendly, the information you enter is subject to Calendly's Privacy Policy. We may also use standard analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or Vercel Analytics) to monitor website performance. These tools may set cookies or collect anonymized usage data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
We take care to work only with third-party services that maintain reasonable data security standards, but we cannot be responsible for the independent data practices of those platforms.
Cookies & Tracking Technologies
Our website may use cookies — small text files stored on your device — to improve browsing experience, remember preferences, and collect aggregate analytics data. Cookies we may use include:
- Strictly necessary cookies: Required for the site to function. These cannot be disabled.

You can disable cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect site functionality. We do not currently use advertising or retargeting cookies.
Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Our website is served over HTTPS, and access to client data is restricted to our core team members on a need-to-know basis.
However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security and encourage you to take precautions when sharing sensitive information online.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. For active clients, we retain project data and communications for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period afterward in case of follow-up needs or disputes. For prospective clients who did not proceed, we may retain contact information for up to 12 months before deleting it from our records.
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us (see Contact section below). We will honor deletion requests within 30 days unless retention is required by applicable law.
